Refund and Cancellation Policy

※ For inquiries regarding SMW2023 registration and attendance, please contact the secretariat. (register@seoulmetaweek.com)

  • 8 days before the event: 100% Refund
  • 1 day before the event: 90% Refend
  • On the day of the event: No Refund

Notice

  • SMW2023 will be held in-person (on-site).
  • Students Pass ticket purchases are available for students.
    (*Please note that a student ID and an identification card are required for admission, and additional payment will be charged for the ticket if the required documents are not presented on the day of the event.)
